A facilitation layer sitting between Vietnamese cultural producers, institutions, and high-value cultural-asset interest. Each surface is anchored to a VIBRAX IP Trust evidence record so the asset can be read institutionally before any interest is expressed. VIBRAX participates as facilitator and evidence layer — never as direct seller, legal appraiser, or ownership authority.

Direct Sale Listing

A cultural producer publishes an evidence-anchored asset with full continuity attached. Public reviewers read the institutional metadata. Inquiries route through the platform; transfer and payment take place outside the platform under terms the parties agree.
Nhà sáng tạo niêm yết một tài sản đã neo bằng chứng với liên tục đầy đủ. Người đọc công khai đọc siêu dữ liệu thể chế. Liên hệ đi qua nền tảng; chuyển nhượng và thanh toán diễn ra bên ngoài nền tảng theo thoả thuận giữa các bên.

A producer or consigning institution publishes a public bid posting with a stated interest range. Reviewers express institutional interest. VIBRAX records each expression as institutional inquiry, not a binding bid. The platform does not run live auctions and does not hold funds.
Nhà sáng tạo hoặc định chế ký gửi đăng một thông báo quan tâm với khoảng giá trị công bố. Người đọc gửi quan tâm thể chế. VIBRAX ghi nhận mỗi quan tâm như một liên hệ thể chế, không phải đặt giá ràng buộc. Nền tảng không chạy phiên đấu giá trực tiếp và không giữ quỹ.

A cultural institution — museum, festival, association, foundation — consigns an asset for institutional matching. VIBRAX records consignment metadata at the public-safe surface; custodianship terms remain owner / institution side.
Một định chế văn hóa — bảo tàng, lễ hội, hiệp hội, quỹ — ký gửi tài sản để kết nối thể chế. VIBRAX ghi nhận siêu dữ liệu ký gửi ở bề mặt công khai an toàn; điều khoản giám hộ vẫn nằm phía chủ sở hữu / định chế.

High-Value Brokerage · Facilitated Meeting

For major / high-value cultural assets — paintings, heritage-related objects, significant film IP, collaboration deals — VIBRAX operates as facilitator. It connects evidence-anchored sellers with vetted institutional reviewers and arranges a facilitated meeting. No direct sale on the platform, no platform commission inside the transfer, no appraisal.
