Submitted Evidence

The work itself — original file or externally-hosted reference — is stored under owner storage with controlled access.

III.

Timestamp / Hash Reference

Every record carries a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash and a submission timestamp. The hash short form is a public excerpt; the full hash is institutional.

Full 64-character SHA-256 hash · internal verification logs.

IV.

Certificate Continuity

Liên tục chứng nhận

When the trust layer issues a certificate, it carries the record forward as a public-readable institutional document with a stable QR token.

Certificate PDF bytes · signed-URL access · issuance audit detail.
