VIBRAX supports preparation, evidence, and workflow. Filing, adjudication, and final legal effect remain with the state IP authorities and the cultural producer's chosen counsel. The service line never substitutes for legal advice and never issues any state document.

Assemble the producer's existing IP Evidence records, hashes, certificates, audit continuity, and supporting context into a single dossier object.

Dossier Preparation
Chuẩn bị hồ sơ
Institutional cover letter, provenance narrative, evidence index, public-safe excerpts, and an owner-side bundle drafted for the chosen destination.
Thư bìa thể chế, tường thuật xuất xứ, chỉ mục bằng chứng, trích đoạn công khai an toàn, và gói phía chủ sở hữu được soạn cho điểm đến đã chọn.

Advisory Workflow
Quy trình tư vấn
VIBRAX advisors and qualified external partners review the dossier for completeness against destination requirements. Notes are returned to the producer; no decision is rendered.
Cố vấn VIBRAX và đối tác bên ngoài có chuyên môn xem hồ sơ về tính đầy đủ theo yêu cầu của điểm đến. Ghi chú được gửi về nhà sáng tạo; không đưa ra phán định.

Submission Support
Hỗ trợ nộp hồ sơ
The producer receives a submission-ready dossier and, where eligible, an introduction to a qualified filing agent. VIBRAX does not file on the producer's behalf.
Nhà sáng tạo nhận hồ sơ sẵn sàng nộp và, khi đủ điều kiện, được giới thiệu tới một đại diện nộp đủ chuyên môn. VIBRAX không nộp thay nhà sáng tạo.
